💟 PLEASE READ CAREFULLY PRIOR TO BOOKING. Your appointments are very important here at Adore Lash. It is time reserved, especially for you. I understand that sometimes time adjustments are necessary. Therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 business hour's notice for cancellations. Since the service is reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. A credit card will be asked to have it on file. 💗 Please wear a mask upon arrival 😷 💗 Please arrive with your face free of any moisturizers, oil, and make-up. 💗 If you are wearing makeup, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment and ask for cleansing pads to remove your makeup. This will avoid any delay in your service. 💗 Less than 24 business hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. 💗 No-shows will not be able to book for future appointments and will automatically be charged for 100% of the reserved service amount. 💗 Appointments made within 24-hour period and need to be canceled: the client must cancel within 4 hours of the appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. 💗 Clients arriving 10 minutes late, I can not guarantee full satisfaction of your result. Any arrivals 10 minutes late will be charged a late fee of $15. 💗 Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more will result in a cancellation. Your credit/debit card will not be charged until your appointment is fulfilled or scheduled time. The Cancellation Policy allows me to provide the highest quality of service for each client. I appreciate your business, so I want to offer you the most I can in your scheduled appointment. If you have concerns with a service you received, please contact us within 48 hours. No refunds are offered on eyelash extension services. If you have an allergic reaction to a service we provided, a removal will be offered free of charge. Thank you.
